  • Downloadable resources and presentations

All content is delivered electronically unless otherwise stated.

2. Prices and Paymen

  • All prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD) unless specified.
  • Prices are subject to change without notice.
  • Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase.

3. Order Confirmation

Once your payment is successfully processed, you will receive an email confirmation. If you do not receive confirmation within 24 hours, please contact us at contact@mysoskit.com

4. Refund and Cancellation Policy

Digital Products (e.g., PDFs, recordings, toolkits)

Due to the nature of digital goods, all sales are final and non-refundable once the product has been downloaded or accessed.

Online Events or Trainings

  • You may request a full refund up to 48 hours before the start time of a live online event.
  • No refund will be granted for no-shows or cancellations made less than 48 hours before the event.

Exceptional Cases

If you experience technical issues that prevent access to the product or service, please contact us within 7 days of purchase for resolution. We may offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.

5. License and Use

You are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use the purchased product or service for personal, educational, or non-commercial use only. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or resell any part of the materials without our written permission.
